Same-Day Delivery Policy To ensure same-day delivery for flower orders placed via Türkbükü Çiçek, you must place your order by 18:00. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for next-day delivery if outside the Bodrum region. --- Delivery Conditions If the recipient is not available at the specified address during delivery, the flowers may be handed over to: Apartments → A neighbor or the building concierge Gated Communities → Security personnel Hospitals → Reception staff Workplaces → Colleagues in the same department Military Hospitals & Institutions → Duty officers or authorized personnel For wedding, engagement, and grand opening orders, if the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be delivered to an event staff member upon signature confirmation. --- Special Occasions & Delivery Delays During high-demand special occasions such as New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Teacher’s Day, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to high order volume. Deliveries will be made on the specified date, but delays may occur. --- Anonymous Orders & Non-Acceptance If you choose to send an anonymous order and the recipient refuses delivery, Türkbükü Çiçek is not responsible for the undelivered flowers. In such cases: The flowers will be returned to our distribution center. You can collect the flowers within two business days or request delivery to a different address. An additional delivery fee will be charged for redelivery to a different address. --- Extra Fees & Regional Limitations If no Türkbükü Çiçek branch is available in the recipient’s location, the order will be processed via the nearest available branch, which may result in additional fees. The prices displayed on our website apply only to city centers. Additional delivery fees apply for districts, towns, and villages outside of Bodrum city center. Türkbükü Çiçek reserves the right to decline deliveries to certain remote areas and will notify customers accordingly. --- Product & Flower Substitutions The flowers delivered will match the type and quality shown in the product image. However, decorative items such as vases, wrapping materials, and accessories may vary based on stock availability. If certain seasonal flowers are unavailable, they will be replaced with flowers of the same quality and value. For pre-designed arrangements on our website, decorative items like candles and accessories may be substituted depending on stock availability. If a product is out of stock or a color change is required, customers will be contacted via their provided email or phone number. If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be fulfilled with the closest available alternative. --- Delivery Delays Due to External Factors Unexpected delivery delays may occur due to: Weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, storms) Traffic congestion or roadwork Vehicle malfunctions For orders placed for cities in Eastern Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia, delivery times are as follows: City centers → 24 hours in advance District centers → 48 hours in advance Villages → 36 hours in advance --- Order Cancellations & Modifications Orders can be canceled or modified (recipient name, delivery address, etc.) as long as the flowers have not been prepared or dispatched. For cancellations: If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be processed after deducting the transfer fee. For domestic and international orders, cancellations must be made at least one day in advance. In Izmir, Ankara, and Istanbul, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery. If the flowers were custom-made (e.g., seasonal flowers requested or additional materials added), a partial refund will be processed after deducting incurred costs. Refunds for credit card payments will be processed within three business days. --- Liability & Disputes For any issues arising from orders, Türkbükü Çiçek is responsible for refunding only the value of the flower order in case of disputes.
